Dr. Mukesh K Sarna is a seasoned physician and an eminent faculty, having over 30 years of rich clinical experience. He is working as Professor and unit head in the Department of General Medicine at Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Hospital, Jaipur, Rajasthan. He has been involved in managing all types of outdoor, indoor and critically ill patients of Internal Medicine with main emphasis on understanding the patients’ needs to make them happy. Dr. Sarna has been an excellent teacher to MD and DNB, General Medicine students, effectively guiding them in their studies, research, publications and supervising thesis work. He is always on the fore front in spreading social awareness about diseases through his write ups/ articles in newspapers and in organising free camps for the economically challenged people. Dr. Sarna has conducted extensive research on coronary heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, lipid abnormalities and different other diseases. He has participated in over 30 International clinical drug trials as a principal investigator and attended various international Investigators meets. He has published over 50 papers in various national and international journals of repute. He has written several important chapters in various books of national level.

He has been invited to deliver lectures and chair several sessions as faculty in various national and international conferences, held top positions in various national and state level societies, organized various national and international conferences as senior member of the team.
