He is currently working as Professor of Gastroenterology at Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Hospital. He has done his DM Gastroenterology from prestigious institute - SGPGI Lucknow, one of the well-known academic and clinical institute in India. He is actively involved in treatment of GI and liver diseases with excellence in endoscopic procedures like UGIE, colonoscopy, ERCP, luminal stenting and other therapeutic procedures. He has active interest in academics and clinical training of fellows and residents. He has many national and international publications.
